Chrome Hearts was originally founded in 1988 by Richard Stark and leather manufacturer John Bowman in a Los Angeles garage. They started by crafting leather jackets until the third member Leonard Kamhout, who worked exclusively with sterling silver joined. By the early ‘90s, the fashion world started paying attention to Chrome Hearts, but Stark has never been interested in being pigeonholed as fashion brand despite its ties to the industry. Today, the Stark children have used their LA connections to push the brand into the spotlight for a whole new generation
Showcased is a black Chrome Hearts waffle knit thermal long sleeve. Features a beautiful ornate cross motif in white on the backside with the Chrome Hearts banner right below. Chrome Hearts vertical logo printed on the chest on the front side of the piece. Text graphic that reads “Chrome Hearts Made In Hollywood, California” along both sleeves. In good condition with some cracking on graphic due to aging, but maintains great overall quality
