Undercover was founded in 1993 by Jun Takahashi whilst he attended Bunka Fashion College in Tokyo, alongside the famous Nigo. His clothing label is driven by the motto “We make noise, not clothes.” Takahashi translates the subversion and disruption of punk rock into fashion with his blend of bondage, gothic, baroque, and grotesque aesthetics embodying the spirit of rebellion in fashion
This beautiful pair of denim was released in the Spring/Summer 2009 “Grace/Neoboy & Poptonez” collection. Features unique embroidery detailing of iconic American singer & poet, Patti Smith’s poem on both front pockets; the embroidery detail goes along the waistline on the backside as well. Thunderbolt stitching details on the back pockets. One zipper pocket on the left leg with the iconic Patti Smith thunderbolt tattoo stitching beneath. Intricate factory processed distressing throughout. In fantastic condition with no major flaws or damages
